Physics Concept: Magnetic Fields Around Directly Electric Current

From the beginning difficult to find a relationship between the magnet with electricity, the electricity we can distinguish between positive and negative electric field. But the magnet can not, if we cut the magnet to a very small then, we'll find north and south poles, we never get north and south poles separately. This striking difference is very difficult to determine the cause of the relationship between electricity and magnetism. Finally Hans Oersted discovered the relationship between electricity and magnetism, he accidentally discovered that a moving electric charge (in the form of electrical current) can find a magnetic field.
